COSMEX is a carpet and hard-surface stain-removal solvent for removing stains caused by adhesive tape marks, cosmetics, glue, lipstick, mascara, nail polish, some types of ink stain and oil stains.

How Does It Work?
COSMEX is an ester-type solvent that dissolves a variety of resin, wax and polymer-based materials.
For Use On…
COSMEX is suitable for removing adhesive tape marks, cosmetics, lipstick, mascara, nail polish and some types of ink stains from carpet, fabrics, and hard surfaces. It is also useful for tackling bicycle rubber tyre-marks on concrete.
Application
- Absorb liquid spillages and scrape up or vacuum solid soilage before applying spotter.
- Pretest COSMEX on an inconspicuous area to ensure that colours will not run, and plastics will not soften.
- Apply neat COSMEX from a cloth directly onto the remaining stain or spot. Gently work the COSMEX into the stain working from the outside towards the centre. Blot the stain with a clean white cloth or paper towel. Results are always best when spillages are cleaned promptly.
- Scrub the area with water and detergent or CARPET SHAMPOO to ensure that all of the COSMEX has been removed.
