Hi, I'm Imran Salim, and I've been working in the Australian commercial cleaning industry since 2012.
I began my career operating a V.I.P. Commercial Cleaning Franchise from 2012 to 2017, managing a team of more than 20 professional cleaners servicing commercial, industrial, and government facilities across Adelaide and Melbourne.
During this time, I gained extensive hands-on experience delivering specialised cleaning services while training new franchisees in professional cleaning techniques, equipment selection, quoting, customer service, and business development.
Working directly on-site gave me practical knowledge of the everyday challenges faced by commercial cleaners. I learned how different cleaning chemicals perform in various environments, how to select the right equipment for each application, and how proper cleaning methods improve cleaning quality, increase productivity, and reduce labour costs.
