Due to the nature of this product, telescopic poles that have been used, extended for cleaning, or show signs of use cannot be returned for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because the pole is no longer required.

Change-of-mind returns will only be considered where the item is unused, in original condition and in its original packaging. Where a change-of-mind return is approved, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
