Thermaglo Plus is a simple to use sealer / sealer finish designed for use on a variety of floors from vinyl to terrazzo and timber. Thermaglo Plus reduces maintenance, inventory and training costs in complex sites such as schools, universities, hospitals and healthcare facilities, by simplifying maintenance programs.

Preparation: Remove old finish using Zip Strip floor stripper. To improve wetting and cleaning add 1 cup of Tempo HD or neutral detergents to stripping solution. Wet scrub the floor using a high productivity black pad. Once old finish had been removed, pick up excess solution with mop and bucket or auto-scrubber containing clean potable water.

Application: Dry burnish floor before applying sealer. Apply either (I) 4 to 6 coats of THERMAGLO PLUS to freshly stripped floor or (ii) 2 coats of Superior Seal followed by 2 to 4 coats of THERMAGLO PLUS. Allow approximately 30 minutes drying time between coats.

Maintenance: Dust mop floor daily. Clean with Tempo HD . For best results use Glokleen (cleaner/maintainer) through a mop and bucket.
