Oven Clean is a fast-acting, foaming detergent which is designed for removing fat, grease, carbon and burnt-on food residues from ovens, grills, hotplates and combination steamer ovens. The Oven Clean foaming trigger produces a rich, dense foam which clings to vertical surfaces.

How Does It Work?
Oven Clean is an alkaline detergent with ingredients to dissolve and emulsify oils and fats (anionic and Nonionic surfactants and water-soluble solvents) as well as saponifying fats (potassium hydroxide). It is a water-based detergent. The hydroxide level is set at the correct concentration to prevent any attack of the seals in combi-ovens.
For Use On:
Ovens, grills, hotplates, barbeques and combination steamer ovens.
Application:
Convection Ovens:
Preheat oven to 60°C then turn off. Apply neat Oven Clean onto surfaces and leave 5 minutes to activate. Loosen carbon residues with stiff brush or scraper. Wipe up dissolved solids with damp cloth then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Combi-Ovens:
Switch off Combi-Oven and allow it to cool down slightly (it must be less than 80°C). Apply neat Oven Clean onto internal surfaces and leave 5 minutes to activate. Wipe with a cloth, sponge or pad to help product break down residue. Remove all residue by wiping up with a damp cloth. Rinse surfaces with clean water.
Do not spray anything on the air intakes of the oven. The hand shower may be used to clean inside the Combi-Oven but not for the outside.
Grills & Hotplates:
Turn hotplate off after use and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Surface should be warm but not at full heat. Scrape food residues off then apply neat Oven Clean. Leave wet to activate for 10-15 minutes. Scrub with brush, spatula or griddle pad then wipe clean with cloth. Rinse well with potable water. Brush surface with cooking oil.
