KOOKA-KLEENA is a concentrated detergent which is designed for removing fat, grease, carbon and burnt on food residues from ovens, grills, hotplates, and deep fryers. KOOKA-KLEENA is ideal for use in all kitchens as well as on outdoor barbeque hotplates and grills. KOOKA-KLEENA does not contain caustic-based products and is safer to use.

How Does It Work?
KOOKA-KLEENA is a concentrated detergent which is designed for removing fat, grease, carbon and burnt on food residues from ovens, grills, hotplates, and deep fryers.
For Use On…
KOOKA-KLEENA is ideal for use in all kitchens as well as on outdoor barbeque hotplates and grills.
Application Wear protective gloves if skin contact may occur.
Ovens: Preheat oven to 60°C then turn off. Apply neat KOOKAKLEENA onto surfaces and leave 5 minutes to activate. Loosen carbon residues with stiff brush or scraper. Wipe up dissolved solids with damp cloth then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Grills & Hotplates: Turn hotplate off after use and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Surface should be warm but not at full heat: Switch on exhaust fans. Scrape food residues off then apply neat KOOKA-KLEENA. Leave wet to activate for 5-10 minutes. Scrub with brush, spatula or griddle pad then drain solution off. Rinse well with potable water. Brush surface with vinegar, then cooking oil.
Deep Fryers: Cool and drain cooking oil. Partly fill fryer with warm water and add KOOKA-KLEENA at the rate of 1 cup per litre of water. Fill fryer with water to the upper oil level and bring to boil. Simmer until the surface is clean. Brush any other greasy surrounding areas with the solution. Drain solution while adding cold water at the same time to reduce the shock of the temperature change. Finally, rinse with clean water to remove all the solution, then vinegar.
KOOKA-KLEENA is excellent on steel, stainless steel, and enamel surfaces.
