PRESTO is a high-foaming cleaner for the removal of fats and oils from walls, floors, and equipment in food processing areas.

 How Does It Work?

PRESTO is a concentrated, caustic-based cleaner-degreaser specifically made for fat removal. It will remove fatty, oily soilage, baked-on fats, carbon residues, food spillages and fatty films from most hard surfaces.

 For Use On:

Walls, floors, food processing equipment, ovens, barbeques, hot plates, shower recesses, stainless steel, fan exhausts, hoods and ducting, butchers’ boning rooms, abattoirs, kitchens and all food processing areas.

Not suitable for use on aluminium unless diluted below 1 in 100 with water.

Foam Gun Application: 

1. Cover all food or remove from area before cleaning.
2. Assemble foam gun and add neat PRESTO to bottle.
3. Spray hot foam onto all surfaces. Allow to react for 5 minutes.
4. Rinse all loosened fats and blood away with cold water from hose.

Manual Application: Make up solution as indicated below. Soak equipment in solution. Scrub with brush then rinse off with clean water.

Light duty cleaning: 1 part PRESTO in 80-120 parts of water.

Heavy duty cleaning: 1 part PRESTO in 40 parts of water.

Spray-wipe cleaning: 1 part PRESTO in 10 parts of water.

Degreasing: 1 part PRESTO in 5 parts of water to neat. Rinse product-contacting surfaces with potable water after use.

Contains: Potassium hydroxide 5 - 15%, LABS acid, potassium salts 5 - 15%, Alkaline salts 5 - 15%, 2-butoxy ethanol less than 10%, Other non hazardous ingredients less than 10% and water to 100%.
