Biffo Degreaser is a heavy-duty caustic cleaner and degreaser formulated with Caustic Potash for maximum strength. It is specially designed for the removal of ingrained dirt, oil, grease, and stubborn soiling from quarry tiles, ceramic tiles, concrete, and other similar hard surfaces.
The alkaline nature of Caustic Potash provides excellent penetration and breaking down of organic and greasy residues, leaving surfaces deep cleaned and restored to their original condition. Its high-strength formulation makes it particularly effective in industrial kitchens, workshops, factories, and high-traffic areas where regular detergents are insufficient.
Applications
- Commercial Kitchens & Food Prep Areas: Removes grease and baked-on soils from quarry and ceramic tiles.
- Workshops & Garages: Effective against oil, fuel, and heavy grease stains on concrete floors.
- Factories & Warehouses: Deep cleans ingrained dirt, grime, and spill residues from high-traffic hard surfaces.
- Outdoor Use: Suitable for patios, driveways, and heavily soiled tiled or concrete areas.
Directions for Use
Dilution
- Light Cleaning: 1 part product to 20 parts waters.
- Heavy Duty / Ingrained Soil: 1 part product to 5–10 parts water.
- Always test on a small inconspicuous area first.
Application
- Apply the diluted solution directly to the surface using a mop, brush, or pressure sprayer.
- Allow to dwell for 5–10 minutes (do not allow to dry on surface).
Agitation
- Scrub with a stiff brush or floor machine for heavily soiled areas to loosen ingrained dirt.
Rinse
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove loosened soils and residual cleaner.
- Repeat if necessary for stubborn deposits.
Contains: Potassium Hydroxide 10-30%, Sodium Metasilicate Pentahydrate 1-10%, Alkylpolyglycoside 1-10%.
